Our specialist LA Marine team offer expert advice and practical solutions to the commercial shipping, logistics, superyacht and leisure marine industries. Not only do our expert team have in-depth knowledge and great passion regarding the marine industry, they’re also extremely down-to-earth and offer a friendly approach. Our lawyers really understand the marine sector and the business needs that go hand-in-hand. In fact, several members of our team were formerly partners or senior assistants at leading shipping law firms in London or Singapore.
With our offices located in London, Southampton and Bournemouth, clients also get the advantage of a London presence but with the lower fees which a regional base allows. Southampton is also a major port and at the heart of the sailing community.

- Breach of contract
- Personal injury
- Non-contentious matters

- Charter agreements and marina/port developments
- Fixed fee yacht registration service
We’re also members of a number of trade federations and associations including the British Maritime Law Association, the London Maritime Arbitrators Association, the Cruise Lines International Association, the British Marine Federation, the British International Freight Association and the British Ports Association.
