With our offices located in London, Southampton and Bournemouth, clients also get the advantage of a London presence but with the lower fees which a regional base allows. Southampton is also a major port and at the heart of the sailing community.

Acts for owners on a range of issues with a particular focus on superyacht matters, such as collision liability, sale and purchase and contract negotiations. Also maintains a strong maritime personal injury and marine regulation practice. Clients include marine insurers, port authorities and yacht owners.
Work highlights
Acted on behalf of a port authority and its insurers in defending a claim for a serious crush injury which resulted in the claimant undergoing amputation of a lower limb.
