Crime and Road Traffic

Lester Aldridge advises and represents individuals in criminal cases, both in relation to matters which arise from their business dealings, for road traffic matters, as well as for other types of criminal offence.  Our team includes a barrister and a number of our specialist solicitors.

Crime

More detail about our services in white collar crime (including money crime), directors’ prosecutions regulatory crime can be found here.

Our services extend equally to individuals charged with criminal offences, and start with representation at the police station, and dealing with bail, prosecutions and appeals.

Road Traffic offences

The practical and legal consequences of losing a driving licence are significant.  LA’s team is practised in advising clients about the particular circumstances which may affect or help them when faced with a prosecution for a road traffic offence; whether it is to fend off a conviction altogether, or to mitigate the effects of it (including where there are special reasons why disqualification should not be imposed, or where there may be exceptional hardship case).

Our team has acted for individuals and companies across the whole range of offences, from speeding through to fatal collisions.

Lester Aldridge is happy to discuss fee arrangements to ensure that legal costs are kept predictable, affordable and clear.
