What if I wish to complain about services provided by an intervened firm?
Although we are an Intervention Agent appointed by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), our role doesn’t include dealing with complaints regarding the service provided by an intervened firm.
If you have complaints regarding an intervened firm you should contact the Legal Ombudsman direct using the following details:
