Joanne deals with all aspects of private family law and in particular those where there is a financial dispute or issues relating to children. She also drafts pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and has developed a specialism in cohabitation disputes and TOLATA claims.

Joanne is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in Advanced Financial Provision and Private Children Law and a trained family mediator.
