Kimberley Davies - Associate

Kimberley advises on financial matters in divorce cases as well as children disputes. She also drafts pre-nuptial agreements and advises on cohabitation disputes. Kimberley also specialises in donor conception and surrogacy law, with a particular focus on the law relating to same sex couples. She can assist in preparing sperm donor and co-parenting agreements as well as both domestic and international adoption applications.

Kimberley is Vice-Chair of Dorset Resolution and a trained family mediator.
