Leading law firm Lester Aldridge is pleased to welcome seven new trainee solicitors who started their two-year training contract on 5thSeptember. Pauline Belloni, Gerard Chalkly-Maber, Lucy Goff, Luke Marshall, Brittany Sheridan, Samantha Smith and Naomi Spencer join nine other trainees who are currently completing their training contracts at the firm.

Training contracts at Lester Aldridge usually consist of four six-month seats in a variety of teams across the firm’s three offices. According to The Lex 100, The Student Guide to Law, “Trainees enjoy access to a ‘great diversity of work’ thanks to the ‘wide range of practice areas’ at Lester Aldridge… Many enthuse about the ‘good training opportunities’ the firm provides due to the combination of ‘high levels of independence’ and ‘suitable levels of support’”.

The firm is also pleased to announce that three trainee solicitors, who recently completed their training contracts with the firm, are qualifying as solicitors in September. Tim Woollard and Helen Stone-Ward will join the Southampton office of LA Marine, Lester Aldridge’s specialist shipping and marine law team. Kiri Canavan will join the Insolvency team based in London.
