We’re delighted to celebrate the achievements of three future solicitors who have successfully passed the first stage of the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE1).
Josh Howlett has passed SQE1 as part of his Graduate Solicitor Apprenticeship and will now begin working towards SQE2 on his route to qualification as a solicitor via the apprenticeship pathway.
Lucy Mayne and Mollie Hayward have also successfully passed SQE1 and will now focus on preparing for SQE2 ahead of starting their training contracts with Lester Aldridge. Mollie works as a paralegal in our London office, where Lucy recently joined her for a week of work experience to support her studies and preparation.
The SQE is a rigorous assessment designed to ensure aspiring solicitors have the legal knowledge and skills needed to practise. Passing SQE1 is an important milestone, and we’re incredibly proud of Josh, Lucy, and Mollie for their dedication and determination in reaching this stage.
These achievements reflect the strength of our future talent and the supportive learning environment we strive to foster at Lester Aldridge. We’re excited to see what’s next for Josh, Lucy and Mollie as they continue their legal careers.
