Lester Aldridge is delighted to celebrate the success of two newly qualified lawyers within the firm.
Georgina Fielding has qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive within the Residential Property team. Georgina has been supporting clients with a wide range of residential conveyancing matters since 2019 and will continue to advise on sales and purchases, remortgages, newbuild transactions and transfers of equity.
Georgina said:
“I am delighted to have qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive within the Residential Property team at Lester Aldridge. I am grateful to my colleagues for their support to reach this proud milestone in my career and look forward to continuing to assist clients with their property transactions and contributing to the ongoing success of the team.”
Ben Likely has qualified as a solicitor in the Planning, Infrastructure and Environment team, where he will continue to advise developers and private individuals on both contentious and non-contentious planning matters. Ben’s experience includes section 106 agreements, lawful development certificates, planning appeals, biodiversity net gain and planning due diligence for large commercial transactions.
Ben said:
“I’m delighted to have qualified into the planning, infrastructure and environment team. I’m grateful for the support and opportunities I’ve had throughout my training, and I’m looking forward to building my expertise and contributing to the team’s work for our clients.”
