We are delighted to congratulate Josh Howlett on qualifying as a Solicitor in our Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team.

Josh joined the firm in April 2022 as a Paralegal before progressing through a Graduate Solicitor Apprenticeship. Having successfully completed the SQE, he qualified as a Solicitor in July 2026 and continues to support clients on a range of complex clinical negligence and serious injury claims.

Josh has particular experience in birth injury litigation and the quantification of high-value claims. He has worked on cases involving catastrophic injuries, including brain injury and stroke claims, helping clients and their families secure compensation to support their long-term care, rehabilitation and accommodation needs.

Before joining the firm, Josh worked as an Administrative Officer and Court Clerk with HM Courts & Tribunals Service at Reading County and Family Court, giving him valuable insight into the legal process and the progression of cases through the court system.

Josh said: “I am delighted to have qualified into the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team at Lester Aldridge. Having developed my experience with the team over the past several years, I am looking forward to continuing to build my skills across a range of complex claims whilst developing my own caseload.”

Congratulations, Josh, on this fantastic achievement. We wish you every success as you continue your career with the firm.
