Lester Aldridge is pleased to announce that it has appointed eight new trainee solicitors who started their training contract with the law firm on 6th September 2022.
The firm welcomes new trainees Chelsie Little, James Mills, Philip Bourne, Nicole Critchley, Grace Long, George Robinson, Chanjot Sandhi and Chengcheng Zheng.
The trainees will each become an integral part of the team as they undertake a six-monthly ‘seat’ in a variety of departments across the firm’s three offices, as part of a two-year training programme.
Many of the firm’s current partners and solicitors completed a training contract at Lester Aldridge, including Managing Partner Matthew Barrow. The two-year programme supports the trainees on their journey to qualification as a solicitor and helps them to gain the experience required to become trusted advisers as well as technically proficient lawyers.
Matthew Barrow, Managing Partner, said: “I am delighted to welcome our new trainees who I am sure will be an asset to our teams and clients. We wish them the best of luck as they embark on this exciting chapter in their legal careers.”
