Lester Aldridge is delighted to welcome ten new trainee solicitors as they begin their training contracts with the firm.

Amelia Connolly, Ava Koohgilani, Ben Hyndman, Millie Hamilton, Hannah Davies, Joel Smallman, Lauren Coles, Lucy Taylor, Scott Rolfe, and Shaina Snashall will each complete seats across different teams at our offices in Bournemouth, Southampton, and London. Each seat offers the opportunity to gain practical experience working with a diverse client base, from individuals to large corporates, under the supervision of our experienced lawyers.

The trainees will be fully integrated into the teams they join, participating in all aspects of firm life, including client work, business development, training sessions, social events, and CSR initiatives.
