Paula and James have joined the firm’s Southampton office, marking a new location for the firm’s clinical negligence offering and the launch of an exciting new practice area for the firm. Lester Aldridge is now able to offer specialist legal advice and assistance to elderly, disabled, vulnerable persons and professionals in the fields of education, health and social care complementing its established personal injury and clinical negligence practice.
Senior qualified solicitor and partner Paula has over 25 years’ experience in clinical negligence. She has dealt with clinical negligence claims at all levels, including catastrophic brain damage, cerebral palsy and spinal injury cases, and claims in a variety of fields of medicine. Paula’s clients appreciate the exceptional level of care she offers and she regularly obtains large awards of compensation through negotiation, court proceedings and mediation.
Paula is also noted for her track record and expertise in the field of community care and public law as well as for her advice to charities and education centres.
James specialises in the provision of legal advice and assistance in the field of community care notably NHS and local authority funded provision for children and adults along with education matters. His personable and client-focused approach is proven by client feedback.
