Lester Aldridge has advised E-Volve Construction Group Ltd (E-Volve) on its successful acquisition of SCI Specialist Infrastructure Ltd (SCI), a specialist provider of telecommunications and electrical distribution services.

The acquisition represents a significant strategic milestone for E-Volve and strengthens the Group’s presence across key infrastructure sectors, enhancing its capability to deliver specialist telecommunications and electrical distribution services to clients across the UK.

The transaction was led by Lester Aldridge’s Corporate team, headed by Jamie Earley, supported by Danielle Slater, who advised E-Volve throughout the acquisition process from initial negotiations through to completion.
