Based at the firm’s Southampton office, Jamie brings extensive experience advising businesses on corporate matters, with a particular specialism in the tech sector and multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Jamie has been involved in some of the largest tech transactions in the region over the past few years, along with a strong track record in mergers and acquisitions valued between £10 million and £40 million. He also advises on group reorganisations, shareholder agreements, LLP agreements, and partnership agreements, ensuring businesses have the right legal structures to support growth and succession planning. In addition, he acts as an external general counsel for several businesses, offering strategic guidance across a broad range of legal issues.

Recognised as a key lawyer in The Legal 500, Jamie is known for his corporate expertise, responsiveness, and pragmatic approach, delivering commercially focused advice that supports his clients’ business objectives.
