Aiming to provide LA’s clients with all of the essential information needed about a dispute at the start of a case, for a one off fee, helping clients decide how to progress with their cases.
In this new offer, the package will see LA finding out about the claim, writing an initial letter to the opponent, and giving its clients preliminary advice about the likelihood of winning the claim, court procedure, and ways of funding the litigation.
The fixed fee advice scheme is being rolled out initially in commercial litigation cases.
