We are dedicated to developing our people to reach their full potential regardless of their role or office. I am proud to see the number of people progressing and being promoted within the firm including our 20 trainee solicitors and 6 graduate solicitor apprentices. Focusing on our people ensures we grow as a business and can continue to deliver an excellent service to our clients.”
