Lester Aldridge Welcomes Senior Associate Zara Goh to its Expanding Real Estate Team

Lester Aldridge proudly announces Zara Goh’s appointment as a Senior Associate in the firm’s Real Estate team. Zara has over a decade of experience, specialising in commercial real estate, real estate finance, and residential property.

A multi-lingual solicitor fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Malay, Zara has a wealth of experience advising national and international corporate clients, developers, investors, and financial institutions on portfolio financing, sales, and acquisitions across a range of asset classes, including retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use developments.

Before joining Lester Aldridge, Zara worked at a prominent London city law firm, where she established and led the firm’s Asia Desk, followed by a position at a regional firm. Zara applies her technical expertise, commercial insight, and pragmatic approach to offer clients tailored, commercially focused solutions. 

Zara joins the specialised Borrower Real Estate Finance team, led by Partner David Fanchi, which advises a wide range of borrowers, including developers, contractors, and investors, on refinancings, buy-to-let acquisitions, bridging, and portfolio properties. “We are delighted to welcome Zara to our team,” said David Fanchi, Partner at Lester Aldridge. “Her extensive real estate experience, international focus, and multi-lingual skills will be a tremendous asset to our clients as we continue to deliver bespoke and strategic advice tailored to their specific needs.”
