The real estate team of leading law firm, Lester Aldridge has successfully advised the University of Southampton on its acquisition of the Sir James Matthews Building in Guildhall Square, Southampton from Solent University.

With a 100,000 sq. feet of space, the purchase extends the University of Southampton’s city centre estate and the re-vamped building is expected to be ready to open this calendar year.
