Lester Aldridge congratulates Megan Turner on her recent qualification as a Chartered Legal Executive within our Real Estate Finance team.
A Chartered Legal Executive is a qualified lawyer specialising in specific areas of law in England and Wales. The rigorous CILEX qualification process provides students like Megan with practical work experience, equipping them with the expertise to meet workplace demands.
Megan joined the Real Estate Finance team at Lester Aldridge in 2013 and became a trainee legal executive in 2019. Her role involves assisting developers, companies, and private individuals in purchasing, selling, and refinancing residential properties (including plot sales), part-exchanging property purchases, relocation and purchase matters, buy-to-let properties, and commercial investment properties.
Currently, Megan focuses on acting for commercial lenders in their secured lending work to businesses and individuals on a bespoke or volume basis. As section leader, she supports a wider team around her. Megan is committed to delivering excellent results for her clients and has previously been awarded Service Hero of the Year by one of her commercial lending clients.
