Leading law firm Lester Aldridge is pleased to announce the hiring of new senior associate Precious Igbokwe, who joins its Tax, Trusts, Wills & Probate team based in London.

Precious is an expert on all aspects of inheritance tax and succession planning. She assists her clients in all areas of estate planning, including asset protection and preservation of legacies. She also supports her clients with estate administration, relieving the burden of administering their loved one’s estate.

Her clients consist of individuals who have experienced significant life changes and therefore need to make plans for their future, including high net worth individuals, non-UK domiciled individuals, business owners, entrepreneurs, and families with complex estate structures.

The firm’s Managing Partner Matthew Barrow said: “I am delighted Precious has joined our experienced Tax, Trusts, Wills & Probate team and will be supporting the work our team undertakes in London. With her extensive experience, I know she will be a great fit with our first-class team of private wealth lawyers.”

Precious is an experienced legal pundit and has been interviewed on televised national news discussing cases surrounding private client law.

She is also a visiting lecturer at the University of Law, where she teaches a postgraduate Legal Practice Course.

Precious is also an Affiliate Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the recognised mark of excellence for private client lawyers, and is studying towards the STEP Advanced Certificate in UK Tax for International Clients.
