Residential conveyancing team
Here at Lester Aldridge (LA) we pride ourselves on the skill of our property team. We cover a wide range of property issues including buying and selling your home both freehold and leasehold, registered or unregistered land, transfers of equity, remortgaging, equity release mortgages, lease drafting and lease extensions, new build plot sales, commercial property sales and lease negotiations.
We are a Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme registered firm and have held this designation since 2013. This provides a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices. Membership establishes a level of credibility for firms with third parties such as regulators, lenders and insurers as well as residential homebuyers and sellers. It has created a trusted community which has helped year on year to deter fraud and continually improve standards across the residential conveyancing sector.
We are also a LEXCEL accredited firm which is the Law Society’s legal practice quality mark for practice management and client care. We have held this designation since December 2007.
We operate a case management system which assists in the conveyancing transaction and we pride ourselves on being proactive in keeping our clients, estate agents and other interested parties updated as each transaction progresses.
As well as our own property team’s wealth of experience, the firm can offer clients a whole range of related legal services such as wills and probate, family matters and divorce, corporate business advice, tax advice, debt collection, litigation, crime and road traffic matters or employment issues.
