What if I wish to complain 3c

What if I wish to complain about services provided by an intervened firm?

Although we are an Intervention Agent appointed by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), our role doesn’t include dealing with complaints regarding the service provided by an intervened firm.

If you have complaints regarding an intervened firm you should contact the Legal Ombudsman direct using the following details:

By post:

Legal Ombudsman
PO Box 6806
Wolverhampton
WV1 9WJ

By emailenquiries@legalombudsman.org.uk

By telephone: 0300 555 0333

You should also be aware that there are time restrictions regarding making complaints to the Legal Ombudsman, so act as soon as possible. You can find further helpful information on the Legal Ombudsman’s website.
