We are holding drop-in sessions at the Upton Bay Care Home on the third Friday of every other month from 2pm-4pm.

We are pleased to be hosting a free Legal Drop‑In clinic at Upton Bay Care Home, delivered by our experienced Tax, Trusts & Wills team.

These sessions offer local residents, staff and members of the community the chance to have a confidential, no‑obligation conversation on personal legal matters, in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

• Tax planning and trusts
• Powers of Attorney and deputyship
• Probate and estate administration
• Court of Protection matters
• Declarations of Trust and Deeds of Variation
• Ongoing management of financial affairs
