Ports, Harbours and Marinas
Legal update in changing times for ports, harbours and marinas
It doesn’t take us to tell you that we are living through tumultuous times that are disrupting business as usual at British ports, harbours and marinas. Whether it’s the need to decarbonise, issues with ‘freak’ weather events or now the impact of the situation in the Gulf, there are new challenges and risks to manage.
We are hosting a legal update to give an overview of the key risks. Rather than drilling into significant detail on each topic, this is designed to be a thought-provoking, round-table session for senior decision-makers so will be a chance for you to discuss issues with peers as well as hearing the legal context.
To accommodate different schedules and preferences, we are running three separate events across a range of dates and locations.
Please use the link below to register your interest by 24 April 2026
If you have colleagues you think would be interested, please let us know. Due to the round-table nature of the events, we will need to manage capacity and will send a confirmation on receipt of your registration.
We really hope you will be able to join us.
