The HealthInvestor Seniors Housing Awards will take place on 3 October 2023 at the Hilton London Bankside.

The seniors housing market is one of the fastest growing sub-sectors of healthcare real estate. Since 2021 the Awards has celebrated achievement in the business of seniors housing.

The Operator of the Year award recognises the best operators of senior housing schemes in the UK.

Any company operating, investing or advising in senior housing or retirement villages is welcome to enter the Awards. Companies can nominate themselves or be nominated by another firm, such as a PR company. Submissions close on 26th May 2023.
