Allison has a wealth of experience in all aspects of residential property transactions, specialising in plot sales.

Allison was the preferred purchaser solicitor for several national house builders and was regularly recommended by both national and regional estate agents to act for new build purchasers for local house builders too.

Allison undertakes site set-up once land has been bought so that individual new build plots can be sold on. This includes drafting the contract documentation and preparing the contract packages. She has worked on a number of regional large-scale developments and also for smaller bespoke and unusual developments too.

Allison is respected by clients for her knowledge of residential property and her understanding of housebuilders’ expectations and requirements.

Her previous experience in plot purchases allows her to offer her clients a unique understanding of both sides of the transaction.

Allison chose the CILEX route, qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) in 1997.
