Ana Estorillio is a dual-qualified solicitor specialising in international estate administration.
Ana began her legal career in 2019 after qualifying as a Brazilian lawyer with the Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil – Paraná (OAB/PR 98.785). In Brazil, she specialised in Employment Law, advising private clients and navigating the civil law system through both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Fluent in Portuguese, Italian, and English, and well-versed in Spanish, Ana’s passion for languages led her to study abroad and broaden her legal expertise. She joined Lester Aldridge in January 2022 as a Legal Assistant in the International Private Client team. After passing the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) in March 2025, she qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in June 2025.
Ana’s legal background across both common law and civil law jurisdictions, coupled with her multilingual skills, enables her to confidently handle a wide range of matters for international clients. Her practice focuses on:
- Assisting offshore executors with the administration of cross-border estates, particularly where assets are located in the UK, the Channel Islands, and North America.
- Recovering escheated assets in various U.S. states, including Delaware and New York.
- Obtaining grants of representation in the UK, Guernsey, Jersey, and the Isle of Man.
