Aneta deals with most aspects of commercial property including non-contentious landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals as well as assisting with telecoms and development matters.

She supports our corporate, restructuring and charities team with property elements in their transactions.

Aneta is keen to develop expertise in residential leasehold enfranchisement, right to manage, lease extensions and right of first refusal matters.

Her clients range widely from charities and regulated companies to private companies and individuals.

She has a practical can-do attitude and is willing to always go the extra mile for each of her clients, which they greatly appreciate.

Before joining Lester Aldridge, Aneta worked as a corporate paralegal and compliance assistant in the London office of an offshore top 30 law firm.

Prior to that, she gained comprehensive retail and project management experience at a British multinational contract food service company.

She completed her training contract and subsequently qualified into the Real Estate team at Lester Aldridge in September 2022.
