Anmol qualified as a solicitor in 2020 from a firm on the South Coast. She has acted for a wide range of clients, including developers, property companies, landlords and tenants.

Anmol’s experience includes acting on business sales and purchases, acting for developers on plot sales and assisting with site setups, landlord and tenant matters, including the grant of a lease, dealing with assignments and assisting with rent reviews and commercial and residential refinancing transactions.

Prior to joining Lester Aldridge, Anmol assisted with the sale of a multimillion-pound company and worked on preparing detailed paperwork for the new commercial units at the Daedalus Site in Lee on the Solent, alongside running her own residential conveyancing matters.

She also has first-hand experience in commercial property transactions, having worked in her family’s property business and retail shop.
