Ann joined Lester Aldridge in 2001 as a PA in the Banking and Finance team before progressing to paralegal, trainee, and subsequently becoming a partner in 2009. Her early hands-on experience, combined with strong mentorship, shaped her into a respected litigator with a deep understanding of client needs and the wider credit industry.
