Ayesha works within the Real Estate Finance team, acting for lenders on acquisition and refinance transactions.

She has over seven years of experience in the real estate sector, with a strong background in both real estate finance and commercial real estate. Over the course of her career, she has acted for a range of clients, including lenders, housing associations, housebuilders, and property investment companies.

Ayesha trained at a UK Top 100 national law firm, where she completed seats in real estate (including development, real estate finance, and social housing), property litigation, planning, and risk & compliance.

She joined Lester Aldridge in August 2024 and brings a commercial and solutions-focused approach to her work.
