Chanjot assists the Charities & Non-Profit team with a range of matters and is keen to help clients with navigating complex legal and regulatory frameworks, to allow them to undertake work which matters to them.

Chanjot also works with the Corporate & Commercial team, assisting with a variety of corporate and commercial work, including working on mergers and acquisitions, company secretarial matters as well as advising on corporate and commercial agreements. Chanjot enjoys helping her clients meet their objectives.

Chanjot is diligent in understanding her clients’ needs and prides herself on providing practical advice.

Chanjot began her career as a development and commercial property paralegal, with subsequent experience in Lester Aldridge’s Marine team, assisting with shipping and logistic disputes as well as leisure marine matters, during the course of her training contract with the firm. She qualified in September 2024.
