She works with a variety of commercial clients and has particular experience supporting the management of a marina portfolio, advising on leasehold matters and ongoing property requirements.
She also assists with agricultural and estate matters, including transactions involving unregistered land. Her experience includes resolving complex title issues and supporting clients with company secretarial matters, giving her a broader understanding of the legal and commercial challenges businesses face.

Denitsa joined Lester Aldridge in 2018 after leaving college and developed an early interest in pursuing a legal career. She joined the Commercial Real Estate team as a paralegal in 2020 before undertaking the CILEX Professional Qualification in 2022.
While progressing through the Foundation, Advanced and Professional stages of the qualification, she gained experience across a broad range of commercial property matters. After completing more than 2,300 hours of qualifying work experience and her professional studies, she qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2026 and continued her career within the firm’s Commercial Real Estate team.
Outside of work, Denitsa enjoys keeping active, travelling and exploring new places, and spending time with family and friends.
She is also actively involved in the local legal community through the South Hampshire Junior Lawyers Division, helping to organise events and create opportunities for junior lawyers to connect and develop their professional networks.
