Eloise is a Senior Associate and Compliance Manager (FCILEx) having qualified in 2018. After initially practicing in family law, Eloise moved to specialise in compliance, being promoted to a Senior Associate in May 2024.

Eloise works closely with Joanne Clarke (Compliance Partner, MLRO and COLP) to ensure the firm meets its regulatory and compliance obligations, providing support to our fee earners on a wide range of compliance topics including anti-money laundering, identification and verification, the Solicitors Accounts Rules and the Code of Conduct.

Eloise takes the lead with our key Law Society accreditations of Lexcel and the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) ensuring the necessary policies, procedures and controls are in place to maintain our accreditation.

Eloise also assists with our complaints handling process to ensure that our clients continue to receive the high-quality client service that LA is well known for.
