Emma Starmer has worked in a variety of HR generalist and managerial roles for over 15 years, including holding the position of Head of HR for a number of years, and more recently supporting senior managers and partners in the role of Senior HR Business Partner.
Emma has a range of generalist and specialist HR experience, including employee relations, recruitment, policy preparation and implementation, benefits and graduate assessment programmes. She has been involved in the selection and implementation of new processes and the introduction of new HR systems. Emma has dealt with a wide range of employee relation cases including disciplinary, grievance, redundancy and occupational health.
