Erin has vast experience in debt and asset recovery, in respect of both regulated and unregulated finance agreements, in the sphere of commercial and consumer litigation. Erin primarily works for captive and non-captive asset finance clients, who favour Erin’s pragmatic and commercial approach.

Erin regularly deals with a wide range of contentious asset finance and consumer credit matters, including title disputes, satisfactory quality and wrongful interference claims. Erin is able to advise on a wide range of enforcement actions and also has experience with insolvency procedures.

Erin joined Lester Aldridge’s Litigation & Recoveries Team as a work placement student in 2012 and has worked at Lester Aldridge since, whilst completing her Law degree at Bournemouth University and her Legal Practice Course. Erin began her training contract with the firm in 2018, completing seats in our Family, Marine and Bournemouth Real Estate Teams, before qualifying in 2020 into Litigation & Recoveries.
