George is a Solicitor in the Real Estate team and has experience advising clients on the following transactions:

• freehold acquisitions and disposals;
• landlord and tenant matters, and
• commercial land development.

George has acted for diverse real estate clients, including a pension trust provider, a national independent healthcare provider and a national developer of retirement communities.

George prides himself on being a detailed and results-driven individual. He has a proven track record of success for clients through professionalism, effective communication, and commercial awareness.

Having worked in the financial and regulatory sectors, George joined Lester Aldridge in 2021 as a paralegal in the Southampton Marine team, having secured a training contract with the firm. George completed his training contract and subsequently qualified into the Real Estate team in September 2024.
