• Commercial Portfolio Management – including Landlord and Tenant advice and portfolio refinance.
• Real Estate Finance – advising on development and portfolio refinance acting for both the lender and borrower.
• Natural Capital – advising solutions providers on site set up, conservation covenants and allocation agreements for a variety of offsite solutions including nutrient neutrality and biodiversity net gain.
