Georgina assists with all residential property disputes, including possession proceedings, restrictive covenants, rights over land, and boundary disputes.
She also assists with various landlord and tenant disputes and advises freeholders and leaseholders on matters such as forfeiture, breach of covenant, and service charge disputes.
Georgina prides herself on being proactive, efficient, and thorough. Georgina’s training and experience strongly focus on property and contentious work, enabling her to develop knowledge and expertise in the area. She can draw on this knowledge to provide clients with considered, pragmatic advice tailored to their specific circumstances.
Georgina completed her training contract in January 2025, having undertaken seats in Commercial Litigation, Property Litigation, Residential Leasehold, and Company Commercial departments. Before starting her training contract, Georgina worked as a paralegal.

- Advising freeholder clients concerning pursuing forfeiture on the grounds of nonpayment of service charge and preparing proceedings.
- Advising on the responsibility for and the recovery of costs from leaseholders with differing service charge obligations in respect of Section 20 Major Works costing over £1million.
- Advising on the process for and assisting with possessions of residential properties under Section 8 and Section 21 grounds.
