Grace deals with a wide range of contentious asset finance and consumer credit matters for a variety of captive and non-captive finance companies, banks and other lenders.

Grace advises clients across the sphere of commercial and consumer litigation, including offering advice on title disputes, satisfactory quality complaints, wrongful interference claims and the recovery of assets and associated shortfalls. Grace also advises on enforcement actions and assists clients with recovering property and other debts via bankruptcy and winding up proceedings.

Grace began her career at Lester Aldridge as a trainee in 2022 following the completion of her legal studies. Since then, she has worked within a variety of teams across the firm, including Real Estate Development, Commercial Litigation & Recoveries, Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence and Family. Grace completed her training contract and qualified into the Litigation & Recoveries team in 2024.
