Graham represents private individuals, professional advisors, and charitable institutions in disputed will, trust and probate cases.

Prior to specialising in contentious wills, trusts and probate, Graham practiced as a general civil and commercial litigator in disputes relating to property (both residential and commercial, in the courts and First tier tribunal), mental capacity and care (in the Court of Protection), contracts, corporate and intellectual property.

Graham’s varied background allows him to consider all issues in matters and to approach matters in various ways. This includes alternative Dispute Resolution where appropriate to achieve early resolution of disputes by settlement if possible.

Graham is an Associate member of the Association of Contentious Trust & Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and is a non-practising Attorney (South Africa).
