Helen is experienced in advising clients on a wide variety of personal injury claims including industrial disease, employers’ liability, public liability and road traffic accidents. She also has experience in dealing with clinical negligence cases, including birth incidents, delayed diagnosis and/or treatment.

Helen is extremely empathic and amiable with clients throughout the claims process.

Helen has recently settled the following cases:

• Failure of the hospital to provide adequate medical treatment to the claimant resulted in the death of her unborn baby.
• Misdiagnosis of HIV whilst the claimant was being treated for a miscarriage caused her to suffer a significant psychological condition.
• Withdrawal of consent for an intimate examination resulting in the resurgence of the claimant’s significant psychological conditions.
• Injury to a child at school. The injury was due to the negligence of the school.

Helen qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and joined Lester Aldridge in 2022.
