Henry advises on a wide range of planning and environmental law matters, including transactional work, planning strategy, planning applications, appeals of planning decisions, compulsory purchase, and environmental litigation.

His experience encompasses various industries and development types, such as residential, retirement, retail, mixed-use, industrial, highway, and forestry projects.

Henry collaborates with clients of all sizes, including listed companies and funds, government entities, small and medium-sized businesses, and private clients.

Before joining the firm, he worked in the Planning and Environment team at a Tier 1 law firm in New Zealand.
