With over 20 years of global HR leadership experience, Ian brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Head of Talent Attraction. He has held senior positions at several large US-based technology companies, including roles as Head of People (International) and Global Head of Talent Attraction.
Most recently, Ian served as Global Head of Talent Attraction for a major international software company. Throughout his career, he has focused on building high-performing teams, supporting individual development, and shaping positive, inclusive workplace cultures.
Ian’s recent work has centred on developing employer branding strategies, launching early careers programmes, and designing inclusive and effective hiring processes.
