Before joining the marine sector, Isabella worked in employment law, developing expertise in contract review, commercial disputes and corporate management. Her broad legal background enables her to quickly identify clients’ objectives and provide tailored, pragmatic advice.
Known for her approachable and transparent manner, Isabella places a strong emphasis on clear communication and building trusted relationships with clients. She is dedicated to achieving practical solutions while ensuring clients feel supported throughout the legal process.

Isabella joined Lester Aldridge’s Marine team in 2026.
She holds a First Class degree in English Literature from the University of Birmingham and a Master of Laws with Distinction from the University of Law. Isabella qualified as a solicitor in 2026, achieving results within the top quintile of candidates in her Solicitors Qualifying Examinations cohort.
Prior to qualification, she gained more than four years’ experience working in the legal sector as a Paralegal.
Outside of work, Isabella enjoys playing tennis, fly fishing and miniature painting. At weekends, she can often be found exploring the countryside around Winchester, where she lives with her partner.
