With over six years of experience in commercial real estate, Jack brings depth of knowledge and a broad range of skills to assist his clients with their property matters. He has expertise in the grant and surrender of leases, sales and purchases of commercial premises and land, and in putting in place option and promotion agreements, alongside a background in finance and plot sales.

Jack’s clients have included companies ranging from SMEs to regional and multinational enterprises, local charities and high net worth clients.

He values a practical approach when assisting clients, focusing on the commercial options available to solve problems and providing clear and informed advice.

Jack began his career as a legal apprentice, working full time while studying in evenings and weekends. He qualified as a graduate legal executive in 2019 and a chartered legal executive in 2024, further cross-qualifying as a solicitor in 2025.
