Jamie is a highly regarded corporate lawyer advising businesses, founders and investors on transactions across a broad range of sectors, including technology, fitness, renewable energy and consumer. He acts on mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments and cross-border transactions, and is known for his commercially focused, practical and solutions-led approach. Whilst many of his transactions have been complex and high-value, Jamie uses that experience to ensure he can deliver cost-effective, commercial solutions for any owner-managed business, whatever the deal value.

Jamie regularly advises on acquisitions and disposals, private equity and venture capital investments, group reorganisations and governance matters, as well as shareholder, LLP and partnership agreements. He frequently leads multi-jurisdictional transactions and has acted on some of the largest tech sector deals in the region over the past several years.
Alongside his transactional work, Jamie acts as external general counsel to several businesses. He provides ongoing strategic guidance to senior leadership teams and is valued as a trusted advisor who understands the commercial realities underpinning corporate growth and long-term planning.

Jamie qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and has developed extensive experience in corporate transactions, advising on acquisitions, disposals, investments and international deals across a range of sectors. He has held senior roles within corporate teams before becoming a Partner, and his work has included major technology sector transactions, complex cross-border matters and significant investments in high-growth businesses.
