Joe advises health and social care providers on a wide range of regulatory, governance and operational matters, providing practical and commercially focused legal advice tailored to their individual needs. He supports providers across the adult and children’s sectors, including those regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Ofsted.
Alongside his regulatory practice, Joe has experience supporting corporate transactions, including due diligence, drafting transactional documents and advising on corporate governance matters. This gives him valuable commercial insight when helping clients navigate both regulatory challenges and strategic business decisions.

Joe qualified as a solicitor in September 2025, having gained experience across corporate, commercial litigation and commercial property matters during his training. Following qualification, he took a planned six-month career break to travel before returning to practice.
