He works closely with the partnership and executive leadership to ensure that technology and operations enable the firm’s strategic objectives, client service ambitions, and regulatory obligations.

With over 30 years’ experience in complex, regulated environments, John brings a pragmatic, risk-aware approach to modernisation. He specialises in stabilising core platforms, improving operational resilience, and delivering change in a way that aligns with professional services cultures. His focus is on making systems reliable, secure, and genuinely supportive of fee earners, rather than pursuing technology for its own sake.
