With over 15 years of experience in the legal sector, including roles as a Residential Property Lawyer and Head of Department, Karen transitioned into People and Organisational Development around five years ago, gaining experience across both the public and private sectors.
Karen specialises in learning and development, with a particular focus on early careers programmes, including apprenticeships (legal and non-legal), as well as soft and interpersonal skills development, covering emotional intelligence, personal effectiveness, resilience, communication, and leadership and management development.
Recent work
Karen’s recent projects have included launching new apprenticeship programmes and designing and delivering a management development programme and a trainee development programme, supporting the growth and capability of both individuals and organisations.
